SmartyFind provides a B2B SaaS platform for intelligent ecommerce search, AI catalog enrichment, product recommendations and search analytics. By creating an account, connecting a store or using SmartyFind APIs and widgets, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, scoped API keys (sf_pub_* and sf_sec_*) and team role assignments. API keys are stored as cryptographic hashes and can be rotated or revoked at any time from the administration console.
The merchant retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all product catalogs, images, trademarks, pricing and store content imported via feeds (XML, CSV, JSON, Google Merchant) or connectors (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, MerchantPro). SmartyFind is granted a limited right solely to index, enrich and serve this data for the customer's configured stores.
Each subscription tier (Starter, Pro, Agency, Enterprise) defines explicit quotas for indexed products, monthly searches, stores and telemetry retention. Reverse engineering, unauthorized load testing, scraping or using the service for unlawful content is strictly prohibited.
SmartyFind continuously monitors search, indexing and analytics components. Customers may disconnect a store or terminate their account at any time; upon termination, indexed catalog records and store credentials are deleted in accordance with our retention schedule.
